Learning to LEARN (L2L)

Literacy
Numeracy

To ensure that students don’t miss out on the important learning that takes place at the beginning of the school year, known at MAPS as ‘Learning to LEARN’, we have compiled resources and activities on this site for daily learning at home.

These activities are based on literacy and numeracy lessons that students are completing in classrooms in the first weeks of term.

Families are encouraged to work through activities each week day so that, when your child is ready to head back to school, they have undertaken tasks similar to those completed by students in attendance at school. We are confident that the completion of these home tasks will support the students in a smooth transition into school and learning routines.

Children who will be attending school this week should not complete these lessons at home, as they will be covered in classrooms.
